Incharge Details

This section takes the incharge details of the applicant.

If the applicant himself is the incharge, then select the radio button towards the YES option.

On click, below form will be displayed.

Enter the education qualification towards the Applicant Qualification field.

Name of Training Course, Duration and Certificate Awarded if any

If the applicant who is applying for the licence is not the incharge then select the radio button towards NO option. The below form will be displayed.

Enter the required details and click Save.

On click of save the form will look as below:

Edit Details option is used if you wish to make changes in the details of the incharge.
